The Tasmanian wine industry enjoys national and international reputation for producing premium Australian wines. Advance your career by developing your technical and problem solving ability whilst gaining operational industry experience.

You will learn about implementing a food safety program, quality systems and procedures, occupational processes and reporting, operating vineyard machinery and equipment and gain valuable experience to manage vine disorders and damage, implementing a soil management program, and occupational processes and reporting.

This course is available as an Australian Apprenticeship and also to those working within the Wine industry.
