A short course where you will learn how to lead projects that deliver.
This short course is designed to teach you the language, terminology, structures, and tools that are the hallmarks of modern project management.
You will learn the basics of the project life cycle: scoping and planning, delivery and monitoring, and wrapping up and evaluating.
It covers developing a project plan, administering and monitoring the project, finalising the project and reviewing the project to identify lessons learned for application to future projects.
This is an introductory project management course for people who do not have any formal project management training. You might manage small projects as a part of your role or wish to learn more about how projects work.
Upon successful completion of this short course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
