TasTAFE collaborates and partners with education agents to ensure that international students receive accurate and relevant information prior to your arrival to Tasmania.
Our approved education agents can assist you in selecting a course that aligns with your goals, submitting an application, accepting an offer, and providing essential information regarding living in Tasmania and meeting your student visa requirements.

Become an Approved Education Agent
TasTAFE offers comprehensive resources to Approved Education Agents, enabling them to guide students in making informed decisions about their future studies.
If you are interested in becoming an approved education agent for TasTAFE, we welcome your application. We seek candidates who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
- A business profile, QEAC qualification, and/or MARA Certificate
- Quality references
- Completion of the online agent application form
As an Approved Education Agent, you and your consultants will be required to comply with:
- The Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2007 (ESOS Act)
- The Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Re-registration of Providers and Other Measures) Act 2010 (ESOS Amendment Act)
- The National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018
